At Respire US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition. If a formula doesn't meet your expectations, our dedicated support team is here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original Respire US box and drop off the package at any authorized UPS shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
